A True Titanic Hero
If
you saw the movie "Titanic," you know much of what took place 87 years
ago tonight, when the ship that even God couldn't sink, DID sink. Of the
1,528 people who ended up in the icy water, only six were rescued. But
did you know that one of those six was actually saved twice that night?
His story is an inspiring reminder that there's more to life than mere survival.

YOU ARE UNIQUE!
Think what a remarkable, unduplicatable, and miraculous thing it is to
be you! Of all the people who have come and gone on the earth, since the
beginning of time, not ONE of them is like YOU!
No one who has ever lived or is to come has had your combination of abilities, talents, appearance, friends, acquaintances, burdens, sorrows and opportunities.
N o one’s hair grows exactly the way yours does. No one’s finger prints are like yours. No one has the same combination of secret inside jokes and family expressions that you know.

KINDNESS PAYS
One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door
to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he
was hungry.
He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.

Married or Not You Should Read This...
“When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand
and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly.
Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.
Suddenly I didn’t know how to
open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a
divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my
words, instead she asked me softly, why?

Face difficulties positively
One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as
the farmer tried to figure out a way to get him out. Finally he decided it was probably
impossible and the animal was old and the well was dry anyway, so it just wasn't worth it
to try and retrieve the donkey. So the farmer asked his neighbors to come over and help
him cover up the well. They all grabbed shovels and began to shovel dirt into the well.
At first, when the donkey realized what was happening he cried horribly. Then, to
everyone's amazement, he quieted down and let out some happy brays. A few shovel loads
later, the farmer looked down the well to see what was happening and was astonished at
what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was shaking it off
and taking a step up. (Shifting)As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he continued to shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, to everyone's amazement, the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off!
Moral: Life is going to shovel dirt on you. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Every adversity can be turned into a stepping stone. The way to get out of the deepest well is by never giving up but by shaking yourself off and taking a step up.
What happens to you isn't nearly as important as how you react to it.

Temper control
Once upon a time there was a little boy who was talented, creative,
handsome, and extremely bright. A natural leader. The kind of person
everyone would normally have wanted on their team or project. But he was
also self-centered and had a very bad temper. When he got angry, he
usually said, and often did, some very hurtful things. In fact, he
seemed to have little regard for those around him. Even friends. So,
naturally, he had few. “But,” he told himself, “that just shows how
stupid most people are!”
As he grew, his parents became concerned about this personality flaw, and pondered long and hard about what they should do. Finally, the father had an idea. And he struck a bargain with his son. He gave him a bag of nails, and a BIG hammer. “Whenever you lose your temper,” he told the boy, “I want you to really let it out. Just take a nail and drive it into the oak boards of that old fence out back. Hit that nail as hard as you can!”

What goes around comes around
One day a man saw an old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but
even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled
up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still
sputtering when he approached her.

Gratitude & Patience
Once there was a small kid on earth. One fine day she came to know that God is distributing apples to humans in his place at heaven. The kid was
so happy to receive that news and she went with lot of enjoyment to
heaven to get the apple from God. There was a big queue standing to get
apple from God and this kid also joined in that queue. While she was
standing, she was fully excited and thrilled for the fact that she is
going to receive in person from God’s hands.

Inspirational, Moving & Motivational Story of a little girl
The little girl who had to use a basketball as her prosthetic body :
In 2000, Qian Hongyan, was injured tragically in a car accident when she was only 3 years old. To insure her survival, the doctors were forced to amputate her legs.
Qian’s
family, living in Zhuangxia, China, was unable to afford modern
prosthetics and instead used half a basketball to get around on. Once
on the ball she uses two wooden props to help her move around. She
struggled to live her life with a basketball as an underprop, ‘walking’
between school and home by herself.
Qian Hongyan, who was forced to use
half a basketball as her prosthetic body, inspired millions with her
ambition to compete as a swimmer in the 2012 Paralympics in London. The
girl’s story got widely reported in the country, and drew the attention
of the Ministry of Public Security and China Rehabilitation Research
Center.
Qian now has a pair of proper
prosthetic legs, but still says she likes to use the basketball from
time to time as it is easier for her to get in and out of the pool.
May God bless the brave little girl who has inspired millions the world over with her resolute will power.
Moral : Count your blessings and your problems….If your problems outnumber your blessings, Count Again…. Chances are the things that you take for granted were not added up…

Each Person Shines His Own Way
When the monk had finished his prayers, the Samurai asked, “Why do I feel so inferior? I have faced death many times, have defended those who are weak. Nevertheless, upon seeing you meditating, I felt that my life had absolutely no importance whatsoever.”
Anger, Envy & Insults
Near Tokyo lived a great Samurai, now old, who decided to teach Zen Buddhism to young people.
One afternoon, a warrior – known for his complete lack of scruples – arrived there. The young and impatient warrior had never lost a fight. Hearing of the Samurai’s reputation, he had come to defeat him, and increase his fame.
